CAN YOU HANDLE THE HEAT?
You can't have a spicy food fest without bringing the heat in a bonfire battle of pepper perfection! 7 brave contestants will be invited to the Chili Knock-Out and Spicy Food Fest stage to test their resolve, chomping down on some of the hottest peppers known to man! The survivor receives a $100 cash prize and bragging rights, everyone else gets a spicy snack!
Sign-ups take place at the festival. You must be at least 21 and of sound mind to participate.

After growing up and playing with a variety of different bands in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, the four of us decided to get together and do what we love: play music and entertain crowds. When you come see us, you'll hear all the best party songs from the 80's, 90's, 2000's, today's current radio hits, and even some oldies mixed in. They are loud, proud, and love making every show feel like you're seeing your favorite band from the front row.

So, you think you know HOT Sauce!
"So you think you know Hot Sauce" is a call to all of those hotheads who think they know sauce. 8 contestants will be tested on their ability to distinguish ingredients and ultimately the hot sauce its associated within this battle of the tast buds. This isn't for the week pallet. 1st price will receive $100 in cold hard cash.
